All of the treatments below are the basis to what I offer and every one can be customised to what you want and your preferences; including acupressure, trigger point, lymph drainage and myofascial release elements.
Starting with the consultation form, this will guide us to any adjustments that need to be made. You can complete this in the comfort of your own home, on the go, or in person with me.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherpy is a wonderful and powerful tool for rejuvenating the body and mind. It uses essential oils, which are a cocktail of complex, concentrated compounds derived from the natural wisdom of plants. They can assist in a wide range of common ailments.

Swedish Body Massage
Swedish Body Massage has a focus on relaxation with many therapeutic elements. Attributed to Pehr Henrik Ling and Johann Georg Mezger, Swedish Body Massage was originally designed to help faciliate physical health alongside gymnastics. Today, it carries this formula with the purpose of tranquility, helping to loosen tight and sore muscles, bringing respite to the body.

Reflexology

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been a popular form of relaxation for generations. Focusing on the head, neck and shoulders, Indian Head Massage is tremendous at bringing overall calm.
We typically and commonly hold tension in these problem areas, which become a store for our stress and negative energies. Indian Head Massage is perfect for unwinding and shedding what no longer serves us.

Not only is it a beautiful and enlightening tool for self-reflection and empowerment, understanding the intricacies of the Chakra system could help you become a happier, more confident and wiser version of yourself.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is one of the more luxurious treatments and is a classic staple in modern spas.
The basalt stones, which have been crafted by the elements and eons of time, are the key to melting away agitation and distress. Heated in hot water, I use the stones' heat to deeply permeate the body tissues. Soaked in heat, and refreshing as they cool, the stones unlock and relieve deep tension and soreness.
